Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Design a client-centric, content architecture to optimize UX of the existing Curriculum Roadmap design and anticipate the needs and questions of the end user.
In partnership with the business learning team and ECS stakeholders, define and map the firmwide skills framework by first defining the core technical skills for each service line and level.
Inventory existing learning content, including curated learning pathways and milestone programs, and tag content to skills, level, service line, solution, etc. for input into the Curriculum Roadmap.
Perform content/skills gap analysis based on the above content inventory and report to findings to the business learning team.
Other related tasks in support of project completion as identified.
Required Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience designing highly interactive, experiential Instructor-led, and blended learning solutions utilizing various platforms
Knowledge of how professional service firms and their various business segments work, how they make a profit, and what makes them successful.
Proven expertise in prioritization, delegation, and negotiation with demonstrated ability to be effective in supporting multiple stakeholders working in various locations across different business units.
Solid PC skills with expert proficiency in MS Office – specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Knowledge of and experience with learning development tools such as Articulate Studio, Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, GOMO, etc.
experience with advanced learning methodologies, frameworks, technologies, and the use of social media to produce behavior change and performance results.
